HOME AGAIN

Stiffly I stroll past frozen eyelashes, frigid signposts,
past mom and pop liquor shops and candy stores,
meandering through the newfound health food store,
picking up a bowl of plenty,
stopping at a gallery of metal and stone,
the wine store.
Twelve days in, i take a walk
with a home to return to.
