JOHN ROBERTS SCARES ME

The notion that laws (as we know them)
exist outside of the human sphere is absurd.
Laws exist for us because we created them.
They are akin to theories, linked
by us to patterns that play out.
They are, or should be
changeable, mutable, flexible,
and ever-changing.
They exist to serve us,
not vice versa.
